Shipping policy

How long does shipping take? 

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders will ship 3-5 business days after you place an order. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 2-5 business days). Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service members.

We are not responsible for USPS packages once scanned in at our post office. We will do whatever we can to help you track a package and locate it in the event it gets lost or misplaced by them. However, we cannot be held responsible for the mail service or their delays.
